RATES AND AVAILABILITY:

While our stays are primarily a week at a time shorter stays are available with a two night minimum.

(Rates for the weeks including July 4th and Oct. 30th are at market prices.)
Massachusetts Occupancy Tax is 5.7%
Check-In is 3:00 p.m., early check-in, as early as 7:00 a.m., is no problem if the suite is ready, just ask us! Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
  
Credit Cards:
We take Visa, Master Card and Discover Cards. Guest wishing to
pay by cash or check receive a 2% discount which is equivalent to the
processing fee we pay for clearing credit cards. We get credit
card information when we take your booking but do not charge your card
until the conclusion of your stay. If you're paying by credit
card we will need to swipe you card before you leave to avoid an
additional 3% manual input fee we charge to offset the additional fee
imposed by the card clearing company for a manual input of your card
information.
Cancellation Policy: There is a cancellation fee of 10% or $25, which ever is greater, if a reservation is canceled within 2 weeks
of the beginning of the scheduled stay and the unit goes unrented
during the period originally reserved. If it becomes rented for
the originally reserved time period there will be no cancellation
fee charged. If
a reservation is canceled the day of, or the day before, the date the
unit is reserved for, a prorated amount for one day or $150, which
ever is greater, may be charged. If the unit is not canceled and not occupied the full rate will be charged.
